Pittsfield Day Two: Coffee, Christmas Eve, and Church

Happy Christmas Eve friends!

I hope you are having a wonderful holiday. Today was spent relaxing and tonight while be spent at a special dinner with my partner. Afterwards, we will go to Midnight Mass-something I’ve never done before. Have you? I love introducing new traditions into my life especially when they can become ours and hopefully one day shared with our children. Earlier, relaxing looked like: coffee, tasty treats, and reading. I’ve been reading a book every other day for a few weeks now and it’s been so wonderful to dive back into it. Okay Fine Whatever was keeping me company today and I highly recommend it. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, but you’ll definitely feel. It’s very relatable, I think.

Today’s post features what I’m wearing tonight. I’m really excited about these two pieces I added to my wardrobe recently and most excited about feeling a little fancy.

The top is from Loft and though it’s a size up from what I usually wear (it’s an 18) I think it looks flattering tucked into my new J.Crew skirt (purchased from their Factory website on super sale). What do you think? I added a grey cardigan I thrifted, but it’s Ann Taylor (this one isn’t the exact same, but similar and festive), and these amazing earrings from Loft (they are 50% off right now with code: VERYMERRY). I saw them all over Instagram and though I try not to buy simply because everyone else is, this is a pair I really wanted. Luckily, they came back to my local Loft and I think they’re a fun addition to tonight’s outfit.

Do you use holidays as an excuse to get more creative in your dressing? Do you have a traditional outfit?

Stay bold,
